Each theme contains resources for saving and setting, such as 181 App Icons and 1 Wallpaper.
Please note that these icons are for custom shortcut usage only and won't change your current app icons.
To add Icons to your Home Screen:
<ol>
 <li>Open the "Shortcuts" App.</li>
 <li>Tap the Add ("+") button in the upper-right corner.</li>
 <li>On the New Shortcut screen, tap "Add Action".</li>
 <li>Tap "Scripting".</li>
 <li>Select "Open App".</li>
 <li>Tap "Choose".</li>
 <li>Find and select the app you want to change icon.</li>
 <li>Tap the Three Dots (•••) in the upper-right corner.</li>
 <li>Tap "Add to Home Screen".</li>
 <li>Enter the name of the app icon.</li>
 <li>Tap the icon, then "Choose Photo" and select the desired icon from your Photos.</li>
 <li>Tap the "Add" button in the upper-right corner.</li>
 <li>Done! Just select the position for the icon on your custom Home Screen.</li>

If you find these instructions unclear, don't worry! You can find a more detailed guide with pictures inside the app by clicking on the (i) button.
Note: The free version of the app is limited to 20 Themes (1 Theme for Free in each category). If you want to use the app without limits, you can subscribe to "X Icon Changer Pro", which is an auto-renewable subscription.

The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
