To add Icons to your Home Screen:

1. Open the "Shortcuts" App.
2. Tap the Add ("+") button in the upper-right corner.
3. On the New Shortcut screen, tap "Add Action".
4. Tap "Scripting".
5. Select "Open App".
6. Tap "Choose".
7. Find and select the app you want to change icon.
8. Tap the Three Dots (•••) in the upper-right corner.
9. Tap "Add to Home Screen".
10. Enter the name of the app icon.
11. Tap the icon, then "Choose Photo" and select the desired icon from your Photos.
12. Tap the "Add" button in the upper-right corner.
13. Done! Just select the position for the icon on your custom Home Screen.
